The popularity of shu cream (Custard-filled cream puffs) in Japan is enduring, and they’re still one of the most-consumed desserts.
This store has been producing shu-creams for more than 20 years, and carefully selected ingredients such as natural vanilla, eggs and fermented butter create a rich delicious flavor.
The "Tango-kaido pudding" which is carefully prepared and baked using natural vanilla and additive-free fresh cream is also popular.
